About The Event
Following a short official business opening, guests will be treated to a showcase of our projects and initiatives, led by our Community Champions.
Our Champions are local, passionate people who want to improve sustainability in Merton so that we can protect our planet, now and for future generations. They are taking positive, practical action to tackle the climate crisis and are inspiring others to join them! From reducing single-use plastic to stopping good food from going to waste, our important work in the borough relies on their continued support and the time they generously give to make a difference in our community.
Join us to hear their inspiring stories, ask questions, network, and find out how you can be part of the solution to local environmental issues. We hope to see you there!
